The whole onboarding fits inside a coffee break — and the boring stuff stays boring after that.
Minute 0
Pick Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple, Fastmail or plain IMAP. One consent screen asks for what Mailinizer needs to read, label and draft in that mailbox; nothing more is requested later.
Minute 2
Up to 90 days are pulled, parsed, and embedded — never sent off-site beyond the LLM call. You can keep using your normal client meanwhile.
Minute 6
Mailinizer proposes 4–7 categories that match how you actually file mail. Tweak the names, merge or split — it re-trains on the spot.
Day 2
Three to five sentences in your inbox before coffee — what changed, who needs you, what can wait. Mark anything wrong; the model adjusts.
Day 7
Auto-unsubscribe is doing its job, drafts are landing in your style, bulk actions are reversible. The inbox stops being a thing you manage.
Native sync via Google API + push history.
Microsoft Graph + delta tokens.

Any provider with IDLE or polling.
Trust
You sign in with your provider. Gmail and Outlook connect through OAuth, so we never see those passwords.
Sorting adds labels; it never deletes mail. The one thing Mailinizer does on its own — unsubscribing you from newsletters it is confident you no longer read — is logged and can be undone within a minute.
Mail bodies and derived indices live on servers we operate at Contabo GmbH in the European Union.
