Manifesto
Email is forty years old, half the world's working memory, and still the cheapest, most universal place to send something important. The problem isn't that we get too much of it. The problem is that nothing in your inbox knows what matters to you.
Mailinizer is an attempt at the smallest possible fix: a thin layer of software that reads your mail with you, learns the taxonomy you actually use, and puts the three things that need you today at the top — without ever moving, deleting, or sending anything you didn't ask it to.
We won't add a calendar, a CRM, a knowledge base, or any of the other things that get bolted onto email products until they collapse under their own weight. One job. Done well. For as long as people use email.
We build the unsexy things — receipts, retries, audit logs — first. Excitement is for product launches, not your inbox at 11pm.
The actions Mailinizer takes on your behalf — moves, labels, unsubscribe requests, drafts, follow-ups — go into an undo log you can review and reverse, and into your data export. Nothing happens off the books.
Not training data, not advertising fuel, not a moat. We charge for the calm, not for ownership of your text.
Trust
You sign in with your provider. Gmail and Outlook connect through OAuth, so we never see those passwords.
Sorting adds labels; it never deletes mail. The one thing Mailinizer does on its own — unsubscribing you from newsletters it is confident you no longer read — is logged and can be undone within a minute.
Mail bodies and derived indices live on servers we operate at Contabo GmbH in the European Union.
